Refund policy

Contact team@tktxnumbingcream.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Under our voluntary 30-day policy, an item should be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We will give you return instructions and the return address. Please do not send a return before contacting us.

UK cancellation rights

For eligible online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after delivery. You then have another 14 days to return the goods. We will refund the item price and the cost of standard outbound delivery within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, only the standard outbound delivery cost is refunded. You may be responsible for return postage unless we agree otherwise.

Some goods have exceptions to the cancellation right, including sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Contact us if you are unsure whether an exception applies to an item.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit.
