Information we use
When you place an order or contact us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, delivery and billing addresses, order contents, and messages. The website also records technical information needed for security, cart operation and checkout, such as an IP address and session cookies. If you create an account, we retain its login and order history until you request deletion, subject to records we must keep.
Why we use it
We use order and contact details to take payment, fulfil your order, provide customer support, handle returns, and send transactional messages. This processing is necessary to perform the sale contract. We retain accounting and transaction records where required by law. We use limited technical information to protect and operate the site where we have a legitimate interest in doing so. We do not add you to a marketing list simply because you purchase.
Service providers
This WordPress and WooCommerce store is hosted on DigitalOcean. Stripe processes card and supported wallet payments and receives the payment, order and billing details needed for that service. Namecheap Private Email carries messages sent from our team mailbox. Delivery providers receive the name and address needed to deliver an order. These providers process information under their own terms and applicable data protection arrangements. We do not store your complete card number on this website.
Storage and your choices
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, deal with disputes and returns, and meet accounting obligations. Account and enquiry records are kept while needed for those purposes. Necessary cart, session and security cookies help the site work; your browser can remove them, but checkout may stop working. You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or object to certain uses, by contacting us. Some requests may be limited by legal record-keeping requirements. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
We may update this notice when the store or its service providers change. The current version will be available on this page.
